Imagination Station is back and with some exciting changes in programming!
This time will focus on mental wellness and family bonding through art and creativity. Participants will also explore a variety of materials and techniques and go on a journey of self-discovery and exploration of their relationships – with siblings, friends, and caregivers. As self-understanding is the basis of a healthy relationship with our world we will start with artful self-exploration and slowly progress to learning about us and our environments and the way we experience the world.
As always, we will make a lot of art and we will showcase it at our group show event where children and parents alike are all invited to exhibit. Family Collaborative family artworks are very welcome too – something new in this new version of our beloved program.
Participants will be provided with giftcards to purchase materials necessary for the duration of the program. Giftcards will be distributed ONE (1) per family, regardless of how many children are registered. If there are any accessibility needs around giftcard distribution, please contact Faith Rajasingham.
Access Notes: There will be an active listener present for all Workman Arts + Scarborough Arts Satellite programming.
