Health and Safety Protocols for In-Person Events

Proof of Vaccination:

All visitors to Rendezvous with Madness must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination. Fully vaccinated means you have received your second dose at least two weeks prior to the date of your visit to the festival.

· Audience members can show either paper or electronic documentation, including a digital photograph, a digital PDF, or a QR code from Province of Ontario’s website.

· Click here to access the government site to download a vaccine receipt.

CAMH Screening Stations:

All audience members will enter through the CAMH screening station at the Workman Way entrance for 1025 Queen Street West (see map below). Audiences will be screened for symptoms, asked to put on a new disposable mask (available at the screening station) and receive a wristband that confirms you have gone through the screening station.

Mandatory Mask Wearing:

Audience members must wear a mask at all times while in the building.

Capacity:

Capacity has been reduced to 50% with audiences spaced apart and bubbled in small groups to allow for social distancing.

Air Quality and Sanitizing:

Our hospital approved HVAC system provides superior air quality in the building including our venue. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all our guest and staff areas take place prior to every event and post-show. Hand sanitizer stations are located at all entrances and throughout the facility.

Symptom-Free Policy:

We ask audience members with symptoms of COVID-19 to not attend in person events. We will gladly refund tickets to audience members feeling unwell.
