Workman Arts is seeking members interested in being part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee.

We are seeking applications from interested Workman Arts Members to be part of Workman Arts’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Committee to help us better serve members of diverse lived experiences. The committee will shape WA’s new Strategic Plan that will be launched spring 2022, by helping us identify where racism, oppression and inequities are occurring within the organization.

  • Reviewing current DEI plan.
  • Gathering information from members about challenges/barriers faced in the  Organization.
  • Making recommendations to the WA staff, board + strategic planner.

Payment: $1,250 for 20-25 hours of work over 5 months
Work will be done remotely over zoom

Please note that the Strategic Planning process will involve member feedback via town halls and roundtable sessions, details of which will be released in the fall
