We will meet for an hour-ish to give ourselves and each other some time. In this meeting we are all peer support, for each other, sharing what’s helping, what we’re struggling with and how we’re doing. Sometimes its just helpful to have a honest group to share to and be with.
Kate Gorman is an artist and an interdisciplinary yoga educator, from the Nosara Yoga Institute. Kate teaches yoga at Workman Arts and continues to share her wisdom and practice through the free guided videos found on her website.
