An unintended consequence of being an artist or arts worker is that we may lack the time or space to be able to talk through difficult situations in supportive ways. During this Debrief Circle, we will both hold space for debriefing difficult situations we have witnessed or been a part of within Toronto arts communities as well as learn how to debrief effectively. Through creating space to share, listen and offer support, our brains start to “re-wire” and we can begin to process and transform conflict together.
